CONDITIONS OF USE

Welcome to our online store! KnightFall Customs and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. 

RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately we can not cancel / return any custom order that is placed through the website. Once the holster has shipped, any delays from carriers are not grounds for cancellations. 

LEAD TIME

Please look at our estimated lead time located in the FAQ section. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Sometimes your order may ship a few days past the lead time. If you have any further questions regarding lead time you may send us a contact request via the lead time tab at the top the website. 

WARRANTY

We stand by our holsters; therefore, if something fails due to a manufacturer error, we will gladly make a replacement and ship it out asap. We have items on the website that are recommended. They are recommended for certain reasons. One specific example is dual overhooks over fomi clip on a holster with a rmr cut. With a rmr cut the sight channel needs to be cut lower to accommodate the red dot which lessens the strength of the fomi clip backing making it more prone to failure. We will not warranty holster that go against our recommendations. We will be glad to work with the customer shall something happen. (In 5 years, we have not seen this happen.)

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Knightfall Customs are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

However, Knightfall Customs does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Knightfall Customs itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

APPLICABLE LAW

DISPUTES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
