The Safariland style outside the waistband is geared more towards the outdoor carry such as hiking, range days, competition shooting, or if you want a holster that does not hug the body tight. With a front cut and it not hugging the body as much as conventional belt loops, the user can clear the holster faster allowing them to get on target quicker.
The Safariland pattern holsters will come with the holster prepped for the end user to install attachments that utilize the Safariland 3 hole pattern for the UBL, QLS and universal RTI hangers. The Teklok / Combat loop allows for adjustable belt size and the holster will have adjustable retention.
